During the summer I ship all orders on Mondays in order to reduce transit times and make my green walnut picking efficient. For green walnuts please look at the photos/videos to see the maturity level. I don't store them so the maturity they are when I pick them is the maturity you get, and it does vary nut to nut.

Green English Walnuts and Green Black Walnuts Sold May-August Each Year.

We harvest fresh green walnuts still in the hull from our orchard. We have both green English walnuts and green Black Walnuts. We pick the walnuts after you order them and ship them to you. Please note that the maturity of the walnuts depends on when you want them sent to you.
