This walnut subscription gives you 4 convenient resealable 8oz packages (just $5 per package) sent out on the first Monday of each month (typically arriving Wednesday or Thursday for our West Coast Customers).
These walnuts are the same high quality walnuts, from the most recent crop, cold stored for farm fresh flavor between harvests.
This allows you to use about one package a week, or just over an ounce every day, which is in line with the 1-2oz guideline that many health experts set for receiving the health benefits that many studies have associated with regular walnut consumption.
