Walnut season is  underway and have received a lot of pre-orders that I need to fill, which is why it still says pre-order on most products... if you order there will be a delay getting yours out because the nuts I have are committed to pre-orders and yours comes after them. I have started picking up certified organic and the first are on the screens with another 8 acres or so to roll up and sort good from bad... hard work and time consuming. so if you order certified organic today, you will have to wait for me to fill all the pre-orders before I get to yours. It will likely take all current windfalls to fill my 200+ pre-orders, so you may have to wait two weeks if you order today. May be faster depending on how much wind and whether commercial shaker comes this week or the following. Vina variety harvested and almost sold out ~80lb left... no waiting line on those.  Likely will pick up some windfall Chandlers from my Uncle's orchard, not certified but screen dried and unsprayed. Taking pre-orders on those. But need to focus my time on picking up all available certified organic to prioritize my pre-order customers and my obligation to them.  Thank you for your business and patience! -Asa
